When I started investing in upscale luxury homes in Dallas I realized there were significant gaps in property management specialists. I saw too many property management companies lacking in providing high quality customer service to the landlord and tenants and instead focused on cashflow only. A lack of a single point of contact created confusion and disturbance to property. I decided to step in myself and take the matter in my own hands. At Kanoobgroup we lead with clarity, personal attention with no pressure. We strive in fact that since 2021 our cash flow to the landlord has been higher than market average, tenant renewal has been 100% and our vacancy has been <10%.
